Bullets and Belles is a Live Action Role Playing event. As such, we are aiming to keep the rule system as simple as possible while still allowing players the freedom to create the characters that they want to play. Players are free to allocate their character points as they choose to create their character. Its a very stripped down creation process from tabletop versions of Deadlands.
Characters in Bullets and Belles have only 9 different skills to select from:Money Makin’, Spell Slingin’, Law Breakin’, Fightin, Inventin’, Takin’ a Beatin’,Church Goin’, Sweet Talkin’, Governin’

To have any magical powers, items, or spells- you need to purchase some magic. A little bit of magic means your character might have some minor talents wherein a high magical aptitude might make you capable of summoning an Ancient One single-handedly! | 0 | 0 | Magic? | Church Goin’ | Does your character have a religion? Are they influential in that religion? All good southerners pay lip service to a church. Even better southerners attend church at least one day a week to wash off all the sins of the week. This really wouldn’t be a skill if were completely unimportant. If you spend points in this category, you should also select one of the following religions that makes sense for your character: Native Mysticism, Freedman Mysticism, Catholicism, Protestant, Unholy Worship | 0 | 0 | Religion is for fools and sheep. |
