½ cup butter½ cup whipping cream¼ cup parmesan cheese¼ cup romano cheese1 clove garlic (or more depending on your taste)Salt and pepper to task Melt butter. Beat cream. Mix. Add garlic., both cheeses, salt & pepper. This makes enough sauce for ½ pound of fettuccini.
