(Grand)Mom’s Biscotti

Grease pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cp sugar
1 cp oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
Anise or chopped nuts optional

2 bread pans, about 35-40 minutes, makes 3 dozen

*I got this recipe from my mom who got it from her mom who got it from her mom… but we’ve all just called it mom’s instead of Filomena’s Biscotti. But who knows… Great great grandma Filomena might have gotten it from her mom, too.
